1. The service
TickTick sells time on a public, pay-to-rank leaderboard. Each whole US dollar paid buys one hour on your listing’s countdown clock. A listing can include a product title, website, description, and logo. Visitors can follow the tracked link to the website you provide.
This is a digital advertising and analytics service. No physical goods are sold or shipped, and a purchase does not start a subscription or recurring charge.
2. Ranking and delivery
Stripe processes checkout. After Stripe confirms payment, the purchased hours are credited automatically and the listing is published or extended. The clock runs continuously and cannot be paused. Listings are ranked by time remaining, so another customer can move ahead by purchasing more time.
We do not promise a particular rank for any minimum period, a number of impressions or clicks, or any business result. Rank projections shown before checkout are estimates based on the board at that moment.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding agreement, and authorized to use the payment method and submit the listing. You are responsible for your account credentials and for keeping your listing information accurate. You may not use the service where doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, or export controls.
4. Listing standards
You retain responsibility for the title, description, logo, and destination you submit. You grant TickTick permission to display and resize that content only as needed to operate and promote the leaderboard.
Listings may not promote or link to content that:
- is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful;
- contains malware, phishing, or unauthorized data collection;
- infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
- impersonates another person or misrepresents a product;
- involves goods or services prohibited by Stripe or applicable law; or
- contains hateful, exploitative, or sexually abusive material.
We may reject, disable, or remove a listing that violates these terms or creates a security, legal, or platform risk.
5. Payments, refunds, and disputes
Prices are displayed in US dollars. The amount you select at checkout is the total one-time charge before any tax Stripe is required to collect. There is no automatic renewal.
Our cancellation, refund, and dispute process is described in the Refund and Dispute Policy, which is part of these terms.
6. Click analytics
TickTick counts outbound clicks and provides listing owners with aggregate analytics such as source, rank at click, and time of click. Analytics are directional and may exclude suspected bots. They are not guaranteed to be complete or error-free. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, internet failures, abuse prevention, or events outside our control can cause interruptions. We may change the interface or operational details while preserving already credited time or providing an appropriate remedy when that is not possible.
8. Promotions
TickTick is not currently offering a promotion or discount. If we offer one, the displayed offer will state its eligibility, duration, benefit, redemption method, and limits. Those offer terms will apply in addition to these terms, and promotions have no cash value unless stated otherwise.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date will be updated, and material changes will apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. The current effective date is August 22, 2026.
10. Customer service
Questions about the service, a purchase, or these terms can be sent to hello@ticktick.lol. Include the email used at checkout and a short description of the issue. Do not email card numbers or other sensitive payment information.
